About Shaw Custom Knives
I hate talking about myself, but here goes.
I am a teacher during the day as well as a Martial Arts Instructor. I teach Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do. When I'm not doing that or coaching soccer... man I'm busy... you can find me in my shop grinding on steel and coming up with sharp and pointy things. For me, it is a hobby that i'm very serious about but I don't depend on it for food. For that reason, I can be selective about what I do, take my time and do it right. I'm always looking for a better way to do things, coming up with different designs and trying to satisfy my artistic itch. I will often experiment on design and many of those turn out awesome but I am not too proud to admit that I sometimes fail spectacularly. Those get added to the Wall of Shame. I have high standards and sub standard knives don't make it past the junk box.
